News from the Titan Deep Space Company

This week we are going to start introducing several new products. On the one hand, Math Classroom Challenge goes from iOS to Windows, in two versions: a standard version, with mouse and pad control, and a version for Virtual Reality, in SteamVR and Oculus Rift.

On the other hand, this same program, Math Classroom Challenge, will also have an augmented reality version for iOS. We’ll give more details soon.

Finally, Math Combat Challenge will also have a virtual reality version, once it has been verified that Math Classroom Challenge is responding correctly and we know the technology involved well.

We are also preparing some other surprises, which we will be presenting soon. Thank you very much for your support.

Collection of images and video for Math Classroom Challenge 1.25

With the new version of Math Classroom Challenge now online, we bring some images and a video featuring Math Classroom Challenge 1.25 Dragon Edition. This version includes two dragons that sometimes will fly along the stage, and that can subtract one error if you throw water to them. But be careful: too many times and the dragon will do the opposite, adding one error to your panel. It´s your choice.

Math Classroom Challenge Dragon Edition is now at the App Store.

Math Combat Challenge: Pyramid now available

We are happy to inform that “Math Combat Challenge: Pyramid Arena” is now available on Steam. This corresponds with version 1.30 of the game. We also inform that the price is now 9,99$.

Pyramid is a space Arena, that includes elements from other arenas, and adds some new elements, that you can see in this link. We have created a new document to include these new features.

But this is not the end of course, we want to implement new features. The next one: Oculus Rift. The game is now being tested for Oculus. And we can say you’ll have a challenge when playing with Virtual Reality.

Thank you for your support, and have a good hunting, and a good math day!

New release date for Math Combat Challenge: tuesday 27th

Updated February 20th: we’ll release the new Arena next February 27th. The reason is finishing the manual, testing some new features we thought were important to add right now, and make final tests to the whole game. Sorry for the delay.

We’re working hard to improve the new free Arena of Math Combat Challenge, whose final name will be “Pyramid”. In order to finish it the best way we’ll release the new version next Tuesday 27th. Thank you very much for your support.

Various combat situations in Math Combat Challenge new free Arena

Sometimes you’ll have to deal with air combat and sub combat at the same time. Not to include air ground combat. Try to stay calm and concentrate on one target.

We’re testing the new arena extensively, and will be available next week. Thank you for your support.

Atmospheric and submarine combat

We’ll inform about the release date of the new free Arena very soon.

While we’re on it, we want to show some new features to this Arena. The HUD (Head UP Display) of the starship for the new free Arena of Math Combat Challenge includes new elements for air to air and air to surface combat, that are outlined in this image.

While flying in atmospheric mode, the starship only will rise until a certain altitude, and crashing into the ground will be lethal. But you’ll have to point to the ground targets that can only be destroyed with lasers. But there will be more; you’ll also have to deal with submarine combat sometimes, because some key elements will be hidden at the bottom of the sea.

We think and hope that these elements will be a new challenge for you. More info coming soon.

Math Classroom Challenge v.1.20 available

We’re happy to inform that version 1.20 of Math Classroom Challenge is now ready on the App Store.

New features:

The new button that allows to generate random math dynamic panels manually can be pushed twice. Just touch the button and a random problem will appear as usual. Throw water to the right solution with your water hose. If you don’t push the button, random math problems will generate at random intervals. Now, if you push the button again while the panel is active, the dynamic math panel will be placed in front of the player, so the player can interact with it easily, and there is no need to move the player to find the panel. This feature will be very appreciated by kids that don’t want to move if they don’t want to. The player can use or not this new feature, so playing as usual is still possible. The difficulty of the game changes by using or not this new feature.

Another feature is “The Rocket”. Whenever three math dynamic panels are solved, a rocket will fly across the stage. While the rocket is flying, new points gained will be multiplied by two. This will improve the game by adding a new element to obtain more points. Solving the maximum dynamic math problems while the rocket is flying will be a challenge for kids. Again, this is a feature that can be used only if the player wants to.

Static panels are not changed. Benny the pet will still mark the right numbers to solve the static panels with his ray.

Some minor enhancements and tweaks, mainly with the Metal API.

Remember you can dynamically configure the view movement in the config panel, if it is too slow or fast for you.

Thank you for your feedback, and have a nice Math Day!
