Math Classroom Challenge with its own page

Hi!

Just some words to inform that Math Classroom Challenge now has its own page: mathclassroomchallenge.com.

What’s the objective of the page? Simple: it contains all the info related to the game, manuals, hints, and of course updated info about new versions of the game.

Meanwhile we’re working hard on version 1.80 “Save the seas”.

We take this opportunity to remind that the XBox version is also on the way, and will be available after “Save the seas”. Thank you for your support!

Math Classroom Challenge now in HTC Vive

We’re happy to inform that Math Classroom Challenge is now compatible with HTC Vive.

With this new hardware, the same build is compatible with a standard monitor, Oculus Rift, and HTC Vive. We give the opportunity to choose your option when you run the game, or you can activate SteamVR in your Steam app so you can access to the VR version of the game automatically.

But this is far from over. We’ll be adding a new character next week: Sam. Sam is a bird that likes to eat the numbers you need to solve the math problems.

And a new scenario that will arrive soon. And will be quite different from the others. Thank you!

Introducing Sam, the Number-Crusher bird

We were talking the other day about an “almost enemy” for Math Classroom Challenge. This game is rated for children aged 4 onwards, and we must be careful with every new element added.

Some people asked us to add some “action” or “enemies”. Well, here it is. Sam is a bird that likes to eat numbers. When the player is behind a number, sometimes Sam can eat the number if the player does not wash Sam with water.

What do accomplish with this? We have an “enemy” but is completely harmless for children. There’s no violence at all, just the pressure to wash Sam. Of course Sam can be deactivated.

Sam will be available on July 6 with version 1.70 (version 1.60 with HTC Vive compatibility next June 30). Thank you for your interest!

HTC coming to Math Classroom Challenge this week

Right now Math Classroom Challenge on Steam can be played with a standard monitor or Oculus goggles. From next Saturday, June 30th, we will also incorporate full compatibility with HTC Vive.

The player will be able to play with HTC Vive’s own controls or with a pad, and choose either of the two devices. Without forgetting the keyboard of course.

We’re working on the final tests. Thank you very much for your support!

Monitor, Oculus, and soon HTC Vive

New info about the idea that Math Classroom Challenge needs an Oculus device to be played. This is not true. You can play with a standard monitor. Also with an Oculus, and soon with HTC Vive.

But this is an option, enjoy Math Classroom Challenge in your monitor. Thank you!

Quadratic equations are on the way

Quadratic equations are not included in the 1st build of Math Classroom Challenge (Windows) and Math Street Challenge (iOS-AR), but you can expect to find them soon in new builds.

Meanwhile, the Augmented Version (iOS) version of Math Street Challenge is now at the App Store, and the Windows version, Math Classroom Challenge and its Oculus version is in final test for being released next June 1st. Thank you for your support.

Math Classroom Challenge Oculus almost ready

This is a short video featuring the main elements of Math Classroom Challenge Oculus Rift version. This version is almost ready, and will be uploaded to Steam and the Oculus Rift store very soon, in a few days. We’ll record a new complete video with all the the aspects of the game.

This game will also be available on the Steam Store with no Oculus requirements.

Meanwhile we project to port Math Combat Challenge to Oculus too after this release.

Thank you for your support.

News from the Titan Deep Space Company

This week we are going to start introducing several new products. On the one hand, Math Classroom Challenge goes from iOS to Windows, in two versions: a standard version, with mouse and pad control, and a version for Virtual Reality, in SteamVR and Oculus Rift.

On the other hand, this same program, Math Classroom Challenge, will also have an augmented reality version for iOS. We’ll give more details soon.

Finally, Math Combat Challenge will also have a virtual reality version, once it has been verified that Math Classroom Challenge is responding correctly and we know the technology involved well.

We are also preparing some other surprises, which we will be presenting soon. Thank you very much for your support.

Math Combat Challenge: the story behind

Math Combat Challenge (MC2) is a videogame in development for PC and Mac inspired by the novel “Messenger of the Náströnd”, and settled in 2156, three years after the previous novel. It´s an indie game developed by a very small team.

This video shows some elements of the novel and the game, with the voice of the main character, Sandra Kimmel.

Sandra is an android, who has been active for 106 years. Her mission is to travel to Titan, to investigate a plot by a drug cartel that has kidnapped a man. There she´ll see that things were not as simple as when they informed her.

The game will be Oculus Rift compatible.
