Third article about Stellar Sphere on IndieDB

We have a new article on IndieDB about Stellar Sphere. Here we talk about two critical elements that will change dramatically the game: ship vector, and negative sphere.

You can read the article clicking on the image or here. Thank you!

Random events in Stellar Sphere

One of the configuration elements included in Stellar Sphere will be a slider with a “random events” value. When the player increases this slider, the possibility of different random events will be active and could happy at any time. This events include asteroid storms, fire bars that collide with the player, night vision, thermal vision, and others.

Some of them will be included on release, others will be included later. In this video some of these events occur while the player is trying to score. And survive. We’ll talk about this in detail.

New video: Physics in Stellar Sphere

The work continues with Stellar Sphere, and now we have uploaded a new video, the third one: Physics in Stellar Sphere.

In this video we talk about the physics of the game around three basic elements: the Stellar Sphere, the Starship, and the gravity.

With this three elements combined, the player can choose how to configure the physics of the game in a way that can be adapted to any player.

The elements we talk here are related to Newton laws, and imply how the sphere and the ship moves and how friction affects the movement, and also if the player wants to activate gravity when playing.

Changing these parameters in the game using the config panels can dramatically modify the experience of the player. Sometimes easier, sometimes very hard.

The way you play is up to you: we give you the tools. You play the way you like it. The important thing is: never forget Isaac Newton!

You also have more info on IndieDB.

Thank you, soon more info coming.

Stellar Sphere now open on Steam

We are happy to inform that the Steam page for Stellar Sphere is now open and available for everybody.

There you can find a lot of information about the game, images, videos, and of course the release date. Soon you’ll find the demo version of the game too. Thank you for your support!

Math Combat Challenge now 50% discount

Math Combat Challenge now has a new price tag. The mathematical game where solving math exercises is the key to survival.

In first person, or on board a space fighter, each scenario presents a different challenge, but they all have one thing in common: the key to survival is not the destruction of the enemy, but the resolution of random mathematical problems.

Remember to read the manual for more information at https://titandscompany.com/manual-english-version/

Welcome to Math Combat Challenge: Angel of Helheim

Math Combat Challenge version 1.40 is now available, with a 40% discount, and several important technical improvements. The most significant is an enhancement of the graphic quality in the game, which is also achieved through the use of dynamic resolution.

The game also allows now that each graphic level chosen by the player enables a greater graphic visualization than in the previous version.

But the main element is in a new character, which is activated by default. This character is the Angel of Helheim, who has a particularity: he is immortal.

Throughout the game, this new character may be attacked, and will flee. But he’ll be back after a while. What are the features of this particular character?

First, it will randomly shoot the player. His shots are not harmful, but his persistence can make the player lose his temper, having to scare him off every time. In addition, the Angel of Helheim will destroy the numbers we need to solve the mathematical panels, which will make it difficult to finish them in the stipulated time.

Math Combat Challenge will be on sale for a few days, and in the meantime, we continue to prepare a new scenario for its children’s and youth version, the Math Classroom Challenge. Thank you all so much for your support.

Math & Rocks, now you can save the world

We are proud to inform that the new Math Classroom Challenge stage, “Math & Rocks”, is now available on Steam as a Scenario at no extra cost.

In this scenario, set on the Moon, you will have to perform the same tasks as in the other scenarios. But you’ll also have to collect the rocks that fall on the moon. To do this, throw water on the rocks, and a report will indicate its chemical composition, and also, if it has water and/or helium 3.

The rocks will go directly to the moon rock depot. Water is important for the maintenance of the moon base. Helium-3 is important for the fusion reactors of the Moon.

From time to time, a large transport ship will arrive at the rock repository to collect and carry them to Earth along with helium 3, which will be used in the planet’s fusion reactors.

The points accumulated by obtaining the rocks are independent of those obtained by mathematical problems. You’ll have to decide what to give priority to, your spirit as a geologist or mathematician. At the end, the statistics will show you the number of rocks achieved, their points, and the helium.

Welcome to a new era of humanity. The era of the fusion reactor. The Moon and its resources are the future of humanity. Good luck!

A short video: combat against two Vega fighters

Math Street Challenge, the Augmented Reality game to learn math has been uploaded to the App Store and is waiting for approval.

Meanwhile, this a short video featuring a combat against two Vega fighters from the new Arena: Pyramid. Now on Steam. We are working on new elements that will be explained soon. Thank you for your support.

Math Combat Challenge: Pyramid now available

We are happy to inform that “Math Combat Challenge: Pyramid Arena” is now available on Steam. This corresponds with version 1.30 of the game. We also inform that the price is now 9,99$.

Pyramid is a space Arena, that includes elements from other arenas, and adds some new elements, that you can see in this link. We have created a new document to include these new features.

But this is not the end of course, we want to implement new features. The next one: Oculus Rift. The game is now being tested for Oculus. And we can say you’ll have a challenge when playing with Virtual Reality.

Thank you for your support, and have a good hunting, and a good math day!
